The Italian Championships were held at Bergamo near Milan from 30th April to the 4th May. The first and 2nd tasks were cancelled because of rain but 3 good tasks followed. Elio Cataldi won the 3rd and 4th tasks with Filippo Oppicci winning the last task.
Elio Cataldi is the new Italian Champion for 2008!

After the successful first competition in Casa Grande, Arizona, last year, this hanggliding oasis was no longer a secret. This year the competition, organized and directed by Jamie Shelden and Dustin Martin, filled-up almost immediately. They did a great job last year and even better this year.

Moyes Base Bar and Upright Fittings

Moyes use high quality cast aluminium fittings on both the ZOOM upright ends and the ZOOM base bar ends. These fittings have been extensively tested and have proved to handle loads well in excess of that required from the normal operation of a hang glider. The parts have been in use since 2000 and have never failed in the course of normal operations.
