Congratulations to Rohan Taylor for taking out the win at the first Australian competition of the season, The Canungura Classic! Yewwwww!

Rohan deservedly beat 14 time Canungra Champion Jonny Durand by just 15 points to take out the title.

Come join us at Forbes for what we hope to be another cracker of a championships!

When: Practice Towing Wednesday 27th & Thursday 28th December 2017
8 Competition Days Friday 29th December 2017 - Friday 5th January 2018

Where: BMIA Bill Moyes International Airport (The paddock north of the Forbes Airport)

Sanction:
FAI: Category 2 for Open, Women’s, Sport’s Classes
HGFA:
Open Class AAA
Sport Class AA
Forbes: A Grade (Not Sanctioned)

*Pilots that have never placed in the top 100 on the FAI WPRS ranking.
*The Women's and A-Grade will fly, and be scored in the Open Class .
**Sports class will have their own task set each day.

Jonny goes big on the Gecko 155.....

Smashing the current Gecko record of 228 km Jonny has just flown 10.5 hours from Beechmont to West of Goondiwindi.... 363 kms!!!

The day before he flew 221 km to Dalby Airport, that’s 584 km in 2 days on our Intermediate wing, that’s no mean feat!
I think this record will stand for a while, but at the same time let’s put it out there, who’s in???
