To finish, I must say how proud I am of the quality of the products that we are producing, the constant compliments for the superb workmanship on our gliders and harnesses is awe inspiring. I take my hat off to every member of our team who work so tirelessly and continue to produce what we believe to be the best in our field, in a class that sets us apart from the rest. The factory will be closed for a well-earned break from 22nd December 2017 for the Christmas holidays and will reopen on Monday 8th January, 2018 I will be available via email at moyes@moyes.com.au From all of us at Moyes we thank you for your support and we wish you a wonderful festive season. Congratulations also Tony Armstrong 2nd and Trent Brown 3rd! Photo courtesy of William Olive More on Guy from the Aussie Team blog by Christina Quinn….. Pilot: Guy Hubbard Since learning to fly in 1981, Guy Hubbard has been a mainstay of the Australian hang gliding scene. Hailing from Cowra in the central west region of New South Wales, Guy has been on the entry list of every competition at Forbes and Hay and is regularly seen at competitions around the country. However it’s only since semi-retirement that Guy has stepped on to the international stage, helping Australia to a team bronze at the 2015 Mexico world championships where he gained the affectionate nickname “Super Gooey”. Currently ranked 23rd in the world and now having a taste for International competition Guy is keen to continue his contribution to the Aussie team. When he’s not flying, Guy enjoys fishing, shooting and motorcycle riding.
