Introducing the RX Pro 2025
Our latest subtle yet impactful planform refinement, designed to elevate your flying experience.
The new super-elliptic wing shape shifts more depth to the mid-wing, ensuring a better lift distribution and stall progression along the trailing edge. This upgrade influences two key aspects:
1) Enhanced glide performance
With a slightly reduced overall size but maintaining the same wingspan, the RX-model’s aspect ratio is improved. This translates into a better sink rate and an enhanced maximum glide performance - subtle but noticeable improvements for those who value efficiency.
2) Better climb, sharper handling
By trimming off excess chord depth from the tip area handling becomes more agile, giving the pilot greater responsiveness and control in every manoeuvre.
This allowed an increase in wing dihedral, which in turn leads to improved bank stability and a noticeably reduced demand for "high siding" in tight, slow turns.
The outcome is a more intuitive and comfortable flying experience.

“ From the first flight on this glider it seemed I could climb through almost everyone and stay at the top of the pack. That first competition flight took me round the course to be the first glider into goal, and it was only Johnny Durand who managed a faster time from a later start.
Something to watch is the way this glider climbs so well can give you added confidence to head out on your own, which can be an error sometimes! But what else to do when you are looking down on the gaggle so far below?
Two competitions in a few weeks and a 3rd place and a second place leaves me in no doubt that this glider is an improvement. Also long flights up to 5 hours in the air have left me still looking forward to flying the next day. The handling is somehow better too, more coordinated, fewer corrections to be made. The glider steers you to the strongest part of the climb with great feedback, leaving you to concentrate on the tactics of the flight rather than the mechanics of steering the glider.
The improvements are very subtle. The RX has always had this feeling of ease during the climb that allows you to take even the lowest save and climb out when others land. But the best just seems to have got significantly better!
